Opening of a bank account in the name of the community of property owners, the community can choose between an individual or a pool account.
Minutes book, custody, drafting and transcription of the minutes of the community meetings.
Strict accounting control which will indicate us the economic situation of the community at all times.
Issuance and collection of receipts, including follow-ups of returns
Invitations to the co-owner to pay the monthly fees in arrear and if they are not paid our legal department will proceed legally against the co-owner.
We send the statements of the monthly and the quarterly accounts to all property owners.
Company services: plumbing, electricity, elevator attendants, ironmongery, all of it without delay.
Labour advice, processing of the corresponding settlements of the social insurances, TC1, TC2, etc. and the pay checks of the employees.
Insurances, if the community does not have an insurance policy, we will make the arrangements to contract one.
